Job Description :
- Assists the Warehouse team in the Warehouse operation, including but not limited to : receiving, shipping, GMP requirements, and filling in at other positions where needed.
- Assists in assuring the efficient and correct order fulfillment and loading of route trucks, boxed beef orders, and will-call orders;
fills in, as required, in any of the following job functions.
- Receiving, loading , unloading, stretch wrapping, product put away, order selecting , scanning, palletizing, invoicing, labeling, warehouse clean up, freezer work, reboxing product.
- Works with QA and accounting to assure all returns are processed properly and proper credits have been issued.
- Assists in ensuring any and all special product requirements have been met.
- Assures all powered equipment inspection forms are completed daily and notifies management of potential safety issues.
- Assists in investigating inventory discrepancies.
- Assures that all safety and GMP rules are adhered to; conducts item to item transfers as required.
- Due to the nature of the job the candidate should be able to lift 50 pounds with assistance.
