Leadership team at our corporate office in Tulsa, OK, seeks a System Admin. Responsible for

maintaining internal and external technology systems. This involves complex technology tasks

such as configuration management, access control, security, trouble shooting and user

education.

All team members need excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills along

with patience, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO...

As a member of the Cyber-Operations and Security Team, the day-to-day responsibilities of a

Systems Admin will be:

? Researching and resolving difficult and complex problems

? Analyzing and identifying trends in issue reporting and devising preventive solutions

? Mentoring other team members on hardware and software problem analysis and resolution

? Troubleshooting and managing hardware, software, or network problems

? Recognizing and escalating more difficult problems to specialists within the team

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

? Scripting (Powershell)

? MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

? Virtualization (VMWare)

? Windows 10/11

? Office 365 Management

? Microsoft Group Policy

? Windows Server

? Software deployment (PDQ / SmartDeploy / inTune)

? AV room support (MSFT Teams Video Conferencing)

? O365 E-Mail

? DNS / DHCP

? Backup Technologies (VEEAM)

? Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve hardware, software, and network issues
