Position: Accounting Support
Location – CyntrX Headquarters - De Pere, WI
The Radius Payment Solutions family of companies is a highly regarded and successful Global Fleet

As part of our growth, we have acquired ‘CyntrX’ for our US Telematics presence and are seeking an ambitious and motivated Accounting Support to join our team.

Duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Work with the shipping department to receive weekly quantity updates on the most frequently used units/items in inventory.
- Set-up new part numbers in CRM (Net Suite) when new product is being on-boarded.
- Receive in the inventory on CRM (Net Suite).
- Work with vendors; submit Purchase Orders and reconcile open Purchase Orders.
- Add new service plans to website.
- Run Credit Card transactions for customer payments.
- Check receipting.
- Cut checks for vendors.
- Set up ACH and Credit Card information in CRM (Net Suite).
- Research billing issues as they come in from customers and the UK Finance team.
- Request Credit Memo’s when needed.
- Communicate weekly with the UK finance and billing teams.
Our preferred candidate will have:
- Associates Degree or higher in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in Accounting
- Experience with CRM Tool is a plus
- Must work well in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 per hour
