Cypress Engine Accessories, a rapidly growing Industrial Engine Instrumentation, Controls and Service company is looking for a Facility Manager to help our company support the surrounding markets for our Midland, Texas location.
The Facility Manager presides over inventory control, planning and shipping/receiving with a focus on best practices, quality and continuous improvement. This position is also responsible for overall office management and operations' support, to include (but not limited to): Inside Sales, Field Service Project Management, Sales Transactions (processing internal and external customer requests), Asset Management, Customer Service, Outside Sales Support, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operations (Overall Office Organization: Day-to-Day Operations, Invoicing, Sales Support, Customer Support, Branch-to-Branch Reporting/Communications, etc.)
- Maximizes Office Productivity through Proficient Use of Appropriate Software Applications (QuickBooks, CRM, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, communication and collaboration skills.
- Shipping/Receiving Responsibilities (Lifting required)
- Inventory Control & Reporting (Asset Management)
- Perform Additional Duties as Assigned
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required; Bachelors degree a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years Relevant Work Experience.
- Knowledge of natural gas engines and compressors a plus.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent Communication Skills in both Verbal and Written Competencies.
- Excellent Customer Service and Organizational Skills.
- Excellent Time Management Skills.
- Must be Detailed-Oriented, Highly Motivated and a Team-Player.
- Must be able to work in a Fast-paced Work Environment with the ability to Lead and make Sound Decisions.
