IT Contracts Analyst
Summary:
- Invoice reconciliation and processing via AP Automation.
- Purchase Requisition creation (Professional Services/Expenses/HR).
- Monthly Accrual Processing.
- Creation, updating, and processing vendor Statement of Work (SOWs).
- Manage the agreement lifecycle, including renewals, terminations, and amendments
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that agreements meet those needs
- Routing Documents via Docusign.
- Internal and External Audit Support.
- Communicate updates to external and internal customers.
- Onboarding Consultants: Statement of Work Creation, Access Requisitions via Servicenow, Employee Central (EC) Employee ID Processing.
- Small projects for ERP Project Managers as required.
- Pre-Invoice review for larger vendors.
- Support the creation of budgets prior to contract creation
- Tracking project spend.
- Assist with Vendor Creation (Vendor onboarding)
Requirments:
- Strong SAP Experience required – this is a MUST HAVE two to three years minimum experience working in SAP ECC 6.0
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Financial background required.
- 2 Years' experience processing invoices.
- 2 Years' experience creating purchase requisitions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
- Onboarding experience is nice to have – from an HR standpoint, they would assist a smooth welcome with the contractors in the department
- Knowledge of IT procurement processes
- Be able to work independently or in a team environment that is a flexible team player.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to compile data and create spend analysis reports in Microsoft Excel.
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent
