Cypress Health Partners is looking for a University Relations Specialist to join our growth-oriented organization. Position Summary
The University Relations Specialist will support the Director of University Relations in implementing our early career talent strategy including campus recruitment events, clinical student coordination, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders in PT programs.
Essential Functions
- Leads the operational aspects of the student clinical coordination cycle including communication with PT programs, logistics, reporting, tracking, analytics, etc
- Executes onboarding new clinical students via a variety of communications with students, schools, and clinical instructors
- Assist University Relations Director with appropriately matching clinical students based on location, level and specialty
- Support UR Director with Campus Recruitment, including scheduling and coordination of on campus events
- Establish a student ambassador program at target schools by working with class leaders
- Create and manage the calendar of events throughout the year
- Ensure teammates attending campus events have the necessary materials for the events
- Advise on best approaches for focused activity on campus and ensures appropriate representation and engagement from participating schools
- Manage intern/observation program to introduce undergraduate students to our clinics and company
- Participate in APTA conference planning committee. Assist Director with procurement of and shipping process for needed supplies. Assist with planning of social events.
- Coordinates any post-conference activities, including but not limited to data entry/import of contacts obtained at the conference, shipping raffle prizes, and sending outreach emails.
- Support planning and execution of student leadership day event
- 10% travel to local campus recruitment events during recruiting season
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with leadership and key cross-functional stakeholders internally
- Makes recommendations for improved/streamlined procedures, seeking to improve efficiency
- Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure the accuracy of important information for each school and student in our database is up to date, including but not limited to contacts, number of students, graduation date, and clinical rotation schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Prior internship or full-time experience working in a professional environment
- Must be able to travel independently to college campuses throughout the Northeast
- The successful candidate must be extremely organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong desire to learn and grow
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as brand ambassador and campus recruitment
- Experience with event planning and coordination
