We are seeking a qualified Delegating Nurse to conduct on-site assessments and oversee the clinical aspects of resident care within our assisted living facility. This is a part-time, contracted position requiring visits every 45 days.

```Duties``` -

• Conduct comprehensive resident assessments at admission and every 45 days thereafter.
• Review and revise resident care plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with all state regulations.
• Identify and address any changes in residents' health conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to resident care.
• Provide education and training to nursing assistants and other staff members on best practices and resident needs.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and quality assurance measures.
• Document all assessments, interventions, and resident interactions thoroughly and accurately.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland.
• Minimum two years of experience in geriatric care, long-term care, or a related field.
• Strong assessment and clinical skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in documentation and record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Commitment to resident-centered care and quality improvement.

Pay: $35.86 - $39.48 per hour

Standard shift:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift
• Overnight shift

Supplemental schedule:

• Extended hours
• On call
• Overtime

Weekly schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
