In this role you'll handle the learning and professional development of an organization’s workforce. You might also be known as a Training Manager.
It is your job to equip staff with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out work-related tasks. You'll arrange training schedules in each of the district locations.
Training managers help with the ongoing, long-term improvement of employees' skills, enabling them to fulfill their potential within their organization. Increasingly, training and development managers are required to be strategic rather than reactive, assessing the skills and knowledge within an organization and determining what training is needed to grow and retain these skills.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• The Training Manger will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of careers. Setting performance metrics, evaluating productivity, and helping workers create long-term career plans within an organization.

You’ll need to:

• design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the location and the individual
• create weekly training schedules for training on location
• develop and conduct effective orientation programs
• provide new hire packets and Dunkin’ bags
• train Key Trainers to:
• devise individual learning plans through a two week training path
• utilize Dunkin Brands training materials for online courses and hands on training
• deliver hands on training to new hires during the two week training path
• monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
• ensure that statutory training requirements are met
• evaluate training and development programs
• amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
• help managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups
• keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant subjects, going to meetings and attending relevant courses
• provide classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops (depending on need)
• conduct training completion interview/review
• provide Dunkin’ uniforms to new employees

Additional Requirements_

• Correcting GM’s, Key Trainers, and Crew on any training issues witnessed
• Documenting corrections
• Weekly Email updates on training progress
• Being present in stores during Orientation
• Attending weekly MUL meetings
• Attend special corporate events

Completion of paid 3 week Training Manager Training
Job consist of about 75% travel, areas of Travel are New Castle, Grove City, Meadville, Edinboro and Erie.
During New Store Openings Training Manager will take part in hands on Crew Training with New hires for that current store.
Must have Own Reliable and Personal Transportation.
Needs to have Open Availability
Pass a Drug Screening
Will work at minimum 40 hrs a week
New Store Openings up to minimum of 48-50 hrs a week
