General Labor position is to develop new hires into the Landscape and Maintenance techs . You wages increase as you develop. The better you do the better you are paid . We offer up to 3 dollar increase your first year and 3 dollar performance bonus per week for supervisors . 3% Commission for up sales . BC/BS insurance after 90 days and Retirement .
