Job Posting for Accountant-Entry Level at d.e. FOXX & Associates
Cincinnati-based d.e. Foxx & Associates is seeking an entry level accountant.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Responsible for preparing and reviewing auditing Insurance Invoices for accuracy and proper coverages.
- Reviewing and reporting payroll tax reports for timely filing. Also, other tax returns as they arise.
- Assist in preparation of monthly journal entries.
- Reconciliation of GL accounts for proper balance and support
- Assist with bank reconciliation and reporting.
- Participate in preparation, review, and approval of payroll, both weekly and bi-weekly functions
- Other tasks as assigned by Controller.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management, scheduling and organizational skills
- Ability to work under tight timelines and schedules
- Ability to work independently.
- Advanced Excel and other office applications
