Job Posting for Purchasing Agent at D&H United Fueling Solutions Inc
D&H United Fueling Solutions, a leader in the fueling solutions industry, is looking for a Purchasing Agent for our Phoenix Branch. The Purchasing Agents responsibilities include working closely with Department Manager to accept and execute purchase orders for equipment required to meet both inside and outside sales needs. The successful candidate for this position would have strong purchasing / warehouse experience. A working knowledge of the fueling solutions business would be a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Work with Management to control main stock
- Work with Management to initiate restock PO's for all vendors for main stock for assigned branch
- maintaining proper min/max levels and re-order points
- facilitate and grow counter sale business when possible
- Other tasks as requested by management
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years purchasing / warehouse experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Troubleshooting skills/logical problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to use a forklift
- Good work ethic
Abilities:
- Exhibit a professional demeanor and develop customer relations and provide superior service
- Ability to work in a high traffic area
- Ability to for think & multi task
- Work independently and as a member of a team
- Work under time constraints efficiently
- Ability to work well with others
- Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, and supervisors)
- Pass a drug test and background check
