- Structure car deals for clients with average to above credit, in compliance with finance lender guidelines and dealership policy, ensuring quick funding and high customer satisfaction
- Implement dealership policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and organized office environment
- Communicate promptly with management about problem deals and missing stipulations from lenders
- Adhere to professional ethics, state regulations, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act
- Train and supervise sales staff on regulatory changes
- Maintain confidentiality and accurately disclose financial information to customers
- Sell credit insurance and service contracts, maintain good lender relations, evaluate new programs, and manage deals diligently
- Assist in inventory management, prepare funding packages, and demonstrate vehicles as needed
- Analyze credit reports and prepare reports as requested by management
- Minimum of three years experience as an F&I Manager
- Strong product knowledge, professionalism, empathy, and excellent math and computer skills
- Certificates, licenses, or registrations as required by state regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and maintain a high level of integrity
