Responsibilities:
Structure car deals for clients with average to above credit, in compliance with finance lender guidelines and dealership policy, ensuring quick funding and high customer satisfaction
Implement dealership policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and organized office environment
Communicate promptly with management about problem deals and missing stipulations from lenders
Adhere to professional ethics, state regulations, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act
Train and supervise sales staff on regulatory changes
Maintain confidentiality and accurately disclose financial information to customers
Sell credit insurance and service contracts, maintain good lender relations, evaluate new programs, and manage deals diligently
Assist in inventory management, prepare funding packages, and demonstrate vehicles as needed
Analyze credit reports and prepare reports as requested by management
Requirements:
Minimum of three years experience as an F&I Manager
Strong product knowledge, professionalism, empathy, and excellent math and computer skills
Certificates, licenses, or registrations as required by state regulations
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and maintain a high level of integrity
