Qualifications:

  • With experience but entry-level may be considered
  • MUST be organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively prioritize the workload
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Work well under pressure
  • Must be punctual and have an excellent attendance record
  • Critical thinking, problem solving and determination
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong customer service skills - ability to interact with customers and provide case status and updates in a professional manner
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Detail-oriented nature with a sense of urgency
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work on one's own

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
