The Accounts Receivable department oversees the timely collection of payments owed from various customer purchases or other sources by which the company is due payment.
Under direct supervision, the Collection Representative will be responsible for many aspects of the collection process, such as collecting on outstanding invoices, resolving customer billing issues, receiving and processing payments, responding to customer inquiries/concerns, and more.
