In this role, you will: Participate in planning and execution of tactical activities and projects within Business Growth Strategy functional area that directly support or assist in implementation and optimization of efforts for growth opportunities in an assigned market Ensure adherence to compliance regulations and policies Research, identify, and select best channels and product combinations to improve effectiveness and efficiency of coverage in marketplace and meet the unique needs of customers Present recommendations for developing strategies to enhance sales in a designated market and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in Business Growth Strategy operations, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with Business Growth Strategy managers, colleagues, stakeholders, bankers, brokers, and both business and community leaders, including internal or external customers to grow market share and meet customer needs Required Qualifications: 2 years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: 2 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Financial Services, Products and Brokerage Ability to make recommendations for developing strategies to enhance a program, operations, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Experience resolving and working through escalated and complex issues Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships across an organization Working knowledge of Salesforce Project Management skills Excellent presentation skills Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a team effort Experience collaboration, building partnerships and consulting effectively with senior leaders Strong strategic and analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Job Expectations: Ability to travel up to 10% of the time Job Location: 2801 Market St, F & L Bldg. Saint Louis, MO 63103 This role will be part of the Platinum Council Program Team at Wells Fargo Advisors, a group focused on Financial Advisor engagement and retention by creating a culture of consistent connectivity. This position will have primary responsibility for the strategic planning and meaningful execution of industry publication Financial Advisor rankings. Wells Fargo Advisors participates in 10 industry-wide FA rankings annually with 3rd party publications. These rankings are used by advisors as marketing materials to help win new business and as a point of communication and retention with current clients. The consultant will facilitate regular outreach to financial advisors, responding to incoming call and emails while providing “white glove” service, serving as a liaison to advisors and the 3rd party publications. The consultant will partner closely with analytics teams, marketing, compliance, supervision and corporate communications to facilitate this work. The consultant will be responsible for scrubbing and manipulating data, consulting with financial advisors/managers, as well as being a subject matter expert on the rankings process. The consultant must be highly organized, an excellent communicator and versed in data, as well as documentation. Responsibilities will include working with leaders to implement programs; interacting with 3rd party vendors, acting as a liaison to internal and external business partners across all lines of business and on all aspects of execution and logistics relating to associated activities; communicating directly with home office leadership, FAs and Managers in written, oral and interpersonal settings; effectively coordinating logistics associated with assigned projects and other programs deemed appropriate by department manager. The preferred candidate is someone who enjoys working with people and has the ability to prioritize in a high-paced, demanding work environment that is constantly evolving to meet the needs of the firm, as well as contribute to group initiatives, projects and efforts as needed. Attention to detail, strife for excellence, strategic thinking, a flexible approach and an aptitude for customer service will be critical in this position.
