We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team. This role will ensure compliance with Daher Financial processes. Compute and report P&L Statement, Cash Flow and other Financial reports for site. Detect and supervise all risks within his (her) perimeter. Business partner to the Plant director. Ensures financial data shared among Directors/operations are true and accurate. Description du poste Ensure accuracy of all financial statements Establish budgets, 5-year plan, monthly forecasts and actuals, analyze variances, report results within deadlines Communicate KPIs and support decision making processes Collect and analyze results, provide monthly management’s comments Maintain and perform specific financial analysis, provide data to support business decision Communicate efficiently with local management, present KPIs and design new ones as per business needs. Communicate efficiently to the financial community with the Daher Group, promote best practices Communicate efficiently with Finance Shared Service Organizations within its perimeter Prepare Capex Authorization Requests with Operation’s support. Participate and reviews internal and external audit results. Profil et autres informations du poste Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college with a major in accounting or finance 5 years of experience in Accounting/Financial Analysis ideally within an international business in this position Demonstration of a positive, “can-do” attitude in a team-oriented environment Detail oriented with the ability to work with minimum supervision (autonomous) Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality Ability to lead and orient change with the objective of reaching operations performance goals Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate financial data and analysis to management & operational partners Daher is an aircraft manufacturer and an industry and service equipment supplier.
