IT Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Technician to join our team. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our employees. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems. Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals - Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and provide timely resolutions - Set up and maintain computer networks, including LAN and VPN connections - Provide technical support to end-users, both in person and remotely - Assist with the installation and maintenance of office equipment - Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure efficient operation of systems - Conduct regular system backups and ensure data integrity - Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements Experience: - Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role - Strong knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols - Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, Mac OS, and Linux - Familiarity with software troubleshooting techniques - Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail - Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users - Experience in managing IT infrastructure is a plus If you are a dedicated IT professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
