Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, Master’s preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3- 5 years of progressive leadership and practice management experience.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Coursework or training in dentistry, business, or related fields.
• Strong healthcare management/customer service management skills preferred.
• Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and coaching.

Responsibilities:

• Manage office staff, providing leadership, problem-solving, planning, and conflict resolution.
• Cultivate a positive office culture and oversee staff selection and orientation.
• Evaluate staff performance and facilitate ongoing learning and development.
• Implement effective office policies to achieve performance goals.
• Conduct regular practice staff meetings and address complaints or concerns.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for new employees.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
• Serve as an interdepartmental liaison and support revenue cycle activities.
• Monitor certifications and licenses for staff and ensure compliance.
• Complete mandatory company modules and job-specific training within specified time frames.
