Dacula Family Sports is a multi-sport facility offering classes in Gymnastics, Tae Kwon Do, and Dance and a licensed after-school program.
Job Description

  • Greeting clients and directing them to the correct classes.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Provide accurate information in person and over the phone.
  • Enrolling clients and handling payments
  • Interact with clients.
  • Light cleaning
  • Multi-tasking and time management skills

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in customer service
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills
  • Solid written and communication skills
  • Proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Customer service attitude
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred skills

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience working in a setting with children.

Monday through Thursday 3:00 pm-7:30 pm. Saturday 8:45 am-1:00 pm
20 hours per week
$12-$14 per hour depending on experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift

Ability to Relocate:

  • Dacula, GA 30019: Relocate before starting work (Required)
