Ensuring that our fulfillment team uphold our brand is of utmost importance. Responsibilities : Use our POS in conjunction with Metrc to provide exemplary customer service while upholding Michigan compliance Update patients on live orders Prepare orders that are submitted through various e-commerce platforms Package and label products Weigh flower, stock and re-stock fulfillment department, clean and sanitize the work place.

Pack and twist pre-rolls Willing to work in a production line Maintain a clean and safe work environment Increase productivity and efficiency without sacrificing quality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Perform any clerical and administrative duties Inventory upkeep and weekly auditing with shift manager Requirements : 1-2 years experience in a order fulfillment position High School Diploma Must be 21 years or older Must be able pass a criminal background check Restaurant / Fast Food experience preferred Knowledge of marijuana strains, edibles, extracts and other current products on the market Excellent customer service and sales skills Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, must be comfortable talking to all customers Stress Management / Composure Job Type : Full-time Pay : $15 / hour.
