What are the responsibilities and job description for the WEATHERIZATION AUDITOR position at DAEOC?

Delta Area Economic Opportunity Corporation, a Missouri Community Action Agency, is growing its Weatherization Department thanks to new funding from the Department of Energy. The Weatherization Auditor must be mission driven and customer service oriented.
Additional Responsibilities:
- The applicant will be responsible for performing home energy audits and recommending energy efficient improvements
- Compliance with DED program practices and procedures
- Coordinating activities between contractors and clients
- Obtain Weatherization Quality Control Inspector (QCI) certification
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-3 years’ experience in housing rehabilitation or construction
- Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office
- Valid Missouri Driver’s License
