Marketing Project Manager :
The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring on-time execution of assigned projects, specifically as it relates to Cost Plan Transition initiatives. They will manage project workflow through stages of development, including reviews and regulatory approvals. They will also provide workflow tool support as needed for projects assigned to other project managers. They may be asked to support incoming project requests due to needs of the business.

Marketing Project Manager :

What you’ll do as a Marketing Project Manager:
Manage workflow and deliverables:
- Set up project schedules in workflow tool
- Daily management of tasks in workflow tool
- Facilitating stakeholder reviews & deliver feedback to copy and design teams
- Route projects for review and required approvals
- Release projects for production/distribution
- Provide status updates
- Submit key materials for filing and logging as needed for compliance requirements
- Hold meetings as required to support project completion
- Help eliminate roadblocks and identify solutions for projects off-track
- 2-3 years consumer marketing project management experience
- 1 years Medicare experience would be ideal, but not required if candidate is an experienced project managers
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- ?Experience managing multiple projects with different timelines
- Experience with print, direct mail, and landing pages
- Experience managing projects using workflow software (Robohead or other workflow tools)
- Detail-oriented and able to quickly pivot to address changing timelines or requirements
- Comfortable with ambiguity
