The Project Manager III plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within a prescribed time frame and within funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through peers/subordinate supervisors.
A Day in the Life:

* Plans and analyzes assigned projects, establishes schedules and project parameters . |

* Reviews project proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project. |
|
* Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel as required/necessary. |
|
* Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. |
|
* Coordinates project activities regarding government regulatory or other governmental agencies such as required project permitting. |
|
* Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required. |
|
* Establishes a professional relationship with the customer and interfaces constantly to maintain accurate status reports and project reviews |
|
* Prepares project reports for management, client, or others. |
|
* Responsible for timely completion of assigned projects and customer satisfaction, and maintaining the accuracy of the forecasted cost at completion |

What you will Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of Project Management experience
