Summary:
Responsible for data entry throughout the facility. A receiving clerk must have a great eye for detail and basic math skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:
Performs data entry functions within assigned work area.
Performs administrative functions within assigned work area.
Tracks monthly supply audit information.
Supports Operations by generating various custom reports, which may include data entry.
Support Operational unit as required.
Responsible for collection, data entry, and dissemination of the departmental data in the
appropriate report formats.
Verifies supplier invoices against packing slips, codes them to the appropriate account, and submits to AP.
Enter trash and recycling data into monthly spreadsheet.

Qualifications:

Education:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Experience:
Six months or greater in a distribution or fulfillment center.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence and to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Math Ability:
Must have basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of the internet, Microsoft Suite and warehouse management system software.
