May Include:

  • Assist with management of sales and inventory
  • Identify and support servicing on target Dealers
  • Quote and maintain contact with Key Commercial Customers to obtain their business
  • Involvement in local HVAC organizations
  • Prepare quotes and orders
  • Pursue and quote project developments
  • Self-research leads - prospect and telemarket potential dealers
  • Mitigate all issues between dealer and manufacture
  • Troubleshoot and report all issues to manager and manufacturer
  • Follow standard operating procedures, established work processes and Company policies
  • Perform additional tasks as required

 

 Knowledge and Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience or degree in HVAC
  • Past management experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Accuracy with numbers and details
  • Team motivator and effective leadership skills
  • Strong computer skills

 

Requirements:

  • Ability to exert up to 75lbs of force when moving heavy product
  • Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
