We are looking for a Part-time Warehouse associate with Great Customer service. Working at Daily Deals Includes working with walk-in clients/over-the-phone. Sales experience is preferred but not necessary. Our ideal candidate has a willingness to learn, works well with others as well as independently. We are a small, family-owned business so flexibility in day-to-day tasks is expected. With a positive, can-do attitude and ability to get along/work with other members of the Daily Deals team is a must.

What is Daily Deals?

We sell random items discounted from 50% to 90% MSRP. We have all sorts of gadgets for different uses, purpose, and designs. Each day is a set price, and the customers will be able to purchase each item for that price they decided to come in.

Is responsible for ensuring our Customers have a positive shopping experience

The Associate makes eye contact, smiles, and greets all Customers in a courteous and friendly manner, treats fellow Associates with respect, efficiently follows all company best practice standards as outlined in all work centers, maintains a clean work area at all times, and ensures proper merchandise presentation.

Will be working in all ranges of the stores performing job duties

The Associate is expected to be engaged in these tasks as assigned during all working hours and will be expected to perform a range of functions in all areas of the Store as business needs require, if the store is short staffed, or managers need help with other duties. It is at the Manager's request and Employees directive to follow.

Understands that safety is the number one priority and practices safe behaviors in everything they do.

Maintains a high level of awareness on the sales floor to create a safe and secure shopping environment for everyone

Maintains clutter free, clear egress to emergency exits

Immediately corrects or reports any unsafe conditions or practices to Store Leadership

Ability to lift 45 lbs and be mobile on the sales floor the majority of your scheduled work shift

Provides prompt and efficient responses to Customers at all times

Handles all Customer issues in a courteous and helpful way, calling a member of the Store Leadership when needed

Represents and supports the Company brand at all times.

Performs cleaning tasks such as

• sweeping,
• Mopping at least once a week,
• dusting,
• wiping counters,
• replenishing restroom supplies,
• and disinfecting high-touch areas including the front-end, sales floor and restrooms to help maintain merchandise, customer and Team areas.

Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to the Company's dress code at all times

Use forklift in a safe manner, watch out for people in the walkways if the entrance or the aisle

Only drive forklift if

• Have experience
• Asked by manager
• Or need to take on task that requires forklift to be used

Make sure all bins are in their specific positions and are aligned and well represented. Restock bins with specific inventory at manager request

• Remove trash or open box from bins

As a representative of Daily Deals , demonstrates integrity and honesty in all interactions with Associates and Customers

Demonstrates a sense of urgency to efficiently perform their role

Communicates Effectively with co-workers and Supervisors

Ensures Accountability & Execution of any tasks given.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
