Job Description: We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team in New York City. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for  developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote Daily Dot Art, drive brand awareness, and engage our target audience across various digital channels. 


Job: Full time

Pay range: $55600 to $64500 per year.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote Daily Dot Art's brand, products, and featured artists across digital channels, including social media, email, website, and online advertising platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and email newsletters, that align with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
  • Manage Daily Dot Art's social media presence, including content creation, posting schedules, community engagement, and performance tracking, to increase follower engagement and grow our online audience.
  • Create and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to drive website traffic, increase conversions, and generate leads.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, and conversion rates, to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.





  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience managing social media platforms, including content creation, community management, and social media advertising.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive marketing content.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for art, creativity, and innovation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
