About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-directed individual to join our team at our headquarter facility located in Brewster, NY. If you are passionate about logistics and want to be a part of dynamic and collaborative team, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately receive, select, prepare, and ship orders according to operation policies.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
• Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure that the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and fee of safety hazards.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Handle and store goods and products in compliance with company standards and any regulatory requirements.
• Assist in other warehouse-related tasks as directed by supervisors.

Candidate requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Basic math skills and the ability to follow directions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A commitment to safety and teamwork.
