What are the responsibilities and job description for the Prep cook position at Daisies?
Daisies is a Midwest inspired, pasta focused restaurant with an emphasis on seasonal produce. The restaurant works hand in hand with Executive Chef Joe Frillman's 30 acre family farm to grow products for the menu as well as the beverage program.
There is a significant preserving / fermenting program to utilize as much of the farmed product as possible when it is in season, as well as an extensive hand made pasta program.
We are looking for an experienced prep cook to help drive the mornings with our experienced morning team. Must be clean fast and organized.
Must know how to recieve and store product. Detail oriented. This job is not for beginning prep cooks. Offering vacation with tenure, and health insurance benefits options.
