Location: Nelson
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: Up to £21,600 per annum DoE
Working Style: Hybrid (2 days from home, 3 days in office)
Working Pattern: 08:30 – 17:00
Do you have at least 1 year of experience in an Administrative Support role? Are you detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment? If so, you should consider joining our friendly Project Team as a PMO Administrator!
In this exciting role, you will support the Project Management team members by undertaking various administrative duties including the validation and creation of projects, closure and revenue assurance checks of projects and other administrative support duties through the lifecycle of project delivery.
Some of the key responsibilities for this role include:
- Providing general administrative support to the Project Management team
- Interpreting project management data to accurately update internal systems
- Providing document and project validation for team members
- Folder creation, governance and maintenance for all projects
- Inputting a wide range datasets into internal various systems
- Managing enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting Project Managers with various administrative tasks as required
- Carrying out various ad-hoc administrative assignments for Project Team members
- Coordination and arrangement of couriers for shipping purposes
- Liaising with the team to close and/or cancel portfolio items for various projects
- Assisting Project Managers with product ordering
- Effectively managing orders for internal and external sources
Qualifications
Required Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in an Administrative Support role
- Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Solid MS Office Skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
