IT SUPPORT ENGINEER
Position Location: Englewood, CO (64 Inverness Drive E)
Compensation Range: $55k-65K (DOE)
Position
Our IT team at Camping World (www.campingworld.com) is in need of an entry to mid-level IT Asset Support Engineer for our growing Outdoor, RV Sales & Service business.
This IT Asset Support Engineer will mainly be responsible for assisting with shipping/receiving IT hardware orders from our Warehouse, and prioritizing requests for technical support.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill equipment requests to be setup, packaged and shipped out of our warehouse.
- Occasionally drop off packages at local FedEx Center if daily scheduled pickups do not meet request demand.
- Assist with Inventory Asset Management.
- Ability to work at a high level of independence, utilizing resources with good judgment.
- Demonstrate initiative and ownership of issues related to the team and internal clients.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- 0-3 years experience in a helpdesk, Shipping/Receiving, warehouse, IT Asset or similar support role (entry level and recent grads are also encouraged to apply)
- Previous Inventory / Customer Service / Retail related experience is strongly desired.
- Experience with Windows and Mac OS
- Experience with Active Directory is a plus.
- Knowledge or general understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and WAN is a plus.
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable means of transportation
- Ability to frequently lift, move and maneuver up to 75LBs
- This role must be in the office Monday thru Friday,
Working hours are from 8:30AM – 5:00PM. (This is not a hybrid or remote role)
