We are looking for a dedicated purchasing agent to join our team. To be a successful purchasing agent you should be able to critically assess suppliers, products, services & negotiate the best possible deals. Responsibilities include:
- Researching and comparing suppliers, goods, and services.
- Selecting the most suitable suppliers in terms of cost-efficiency, reliability & product quality.
- Implementing & monitoriing inventory levels. Determining purchase needs.
- Scheduling and verifying purchase deliveries.
- Accounts Receivable
- Variable tasks will be added as you get comfortable in the position and time opens up
Previous experience a plus. Proficiency in inventory software a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills needed. Strong organization needed. Pay DOE
