We are looking for a Manager of Application Development for our team!
Location:
On-site in Wilmington, DEPosition Type: Direct Hire
The Manager of Application Development will manage the software development process for new and existing bank systems and applications, including requirements definition, design, specification, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
Job Duties:
- Effectively manage up to 10 direct reports, providing technical leadership to business analysts, QA analysts, and programmers working with development and QA project teams.
- Manages the integrity and changes to the application development servers and databases.
- Provides research and makes recommendations on software products and services in support of procurement and development efforts.
- Manages and enforces functional policies, procedures, and quality assurance best practices.
- Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies and assists in the development and meeting of departmental budget.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer science, or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of work experience.
- 4 years of management experience in a software development field.
- Experienced in the following tech stack: Azure, React, JavaScript, Java, Spring Batch & Spring Boot, as well as some C# .NET experience.
Salary : $160,000 - $170,000
