Senior FP&A Analyst (Hybrid, 1-2 days in office)

An established and successful wellness and recovery company, located north of Boston, is actively seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team. Reporting to the Manager of FP&A, this person will place a pivotal role in the overall financial planning, reporting and analysis of the company. Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Budgeting and forecasting: annual budget review
• Quarterly and monthly financial statement forecasting
• Process improvement
• Preparation and documentation of financial analysis projects
• Business performance indications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (advanced degree a plus)
• 3-6 years of financial analyst/FP&A experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP policies and procedures
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Financial modeling experience required
