The Global Service Readiness Engineer – Digital Solutions for Cytiva is responsible for definition and continuous improvement of field service procedures and capabilities related to software products supported by Cytiva, globally.
This position is part of the Global TechOps team located in Marlboro, MA and will be a hybrid role. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Provide input to global teams on new product development supportive of Design for Service and Serviceability standards adopted by Cytiva
- Define and author field procedures and manuals to be utilized by global and regional Field Service teams, as well as support remote and on-site activities including installation, support, and administration.
- Collaborate with Global Service Training, Qualification Services, Automation & Digital, and Field service teams to ensure customer needs and expectations are both understood and met regarding IoT products supported across all hardware portfolios sold and supported by Cytiva.
The essential requirements of the job are:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technological field with 5-10 years of relevant recent experience in networking administration, IoT or a related field
- Knowledge of networking & firewalls (understand our customer IT needs and work with them to come up with a suitable solution)
- Knowledge of OPC Servers, OPC Data (UA & DA), OPC Bridge & Tunnellers
- Knowledge of DCOM and Data Servers
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Life Science space

The salary range for this role is $90,000-$157,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
