POSITION SUMMARY:
The purpose of this role is to manage and coordinate production levels to satisfy customer on-time delivery expectations while balancing inventory levels and production capacity.
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 6:00a-2:30p. Overtime may be required.
TYPE OF ROLE: Onsite - Loveland, CO
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete monthly cycle counts.
Manage raw material levels for Kanban parts.
Activate and/or scan Kanban cards as necessary to ensure proper raw material stocking levels and custom/spike order planning.
Work with support departments (Purchasing, sister companies, etc.) to maintain correct inventory and safety stock levels.
Maintain assigned database fields for new and existing products.
Input and update BOM's and routings, using product knowledge and information provided by other departments.
Attend design and implementation meetings to assist in new product introductions.
Advise production management regarding current and future workloads.
Participate in meetings to plan workload, expedite out-of-stocks, plan resource utilization, work on projects, resolve problems, etc.
Manage Inventory levels for assigned report codes
Initiate NCNs to quarantine, re-work and control non-conforming products
Implement ECO changes in accordance with the quality system guidelines
Suggest improvements and support kaizen and DBS activities
Comply with company safety and good housekeeping policies
OTHER NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist with inventory transactions and problems.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma/ GED or equivalent and 1-3 years Operations experience
Previous experience with MRP planning and pull planning systems preferred
Previous experience with inventory control beneficial
Proven PC skills with Microsoft products
Math skills, including decimals and conversion factors (metric/English)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Good project management skills
Ability to effectively interact with internal and external contacts
Ability to adapt to frequent changes
Creative and innovative
Organized, efficient, accurate and detail oriented
Ability to handle stressful situations
Ability to make fact-based decisions

The hourly rate or salary range for this role is $19.97-$22.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
