Job Overview:

We are seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about Club Pilates services
- Manage phone calls with a high level of professionalism
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area

Experience:

- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 26 per week

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • Weekends as needed

Work setting:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
