If you’re happy with the government giving you an extra $600 a week for a few weeks, stop reading.
If you’re happy meeting your quota, stop reading.
But if you want to get into the industry that mints millionaires like Bed, Bath, and Beyond prints coupons, then read on.
To be crystal clear, this is a sales role. You must be good at two things: persuasion and hard work. If you’re good at those, you’re going to fatten up that bank account.
We have the brand name. We have the track record. We just need more people like you.
We’ll give you the best CRM, technology, and training (although you should already know how to sell, so perhaps this should have said we’ll give you the continuing education).
We expect you to kick (insert whatever expletive you want here), but we believe that you can’t do it on your own. So, if you’ve seen the original top gun, you’ll know what we mean when we say “we’ll make you better.”
Now, all of this sounds very Wolf of Wall street, so let us end by saying this: if you think you can sell ice to an eskimo, I’m sure our competitors will hire you. We only want people that believe sales is about helping people make the best decision for their situation, even if that means they don’t use our service. We’re in this game to make money, and there is plenty to be made by doing the right thing.
