Job Description
We have an immediate opportunity for a Gasket Technician to join us at our diverse team in Louisville, KY. The Gasket Technician will be responsible for the assembly process in an assembly cell from set-up to testing.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Interpret job packet information to build units correctly.
Assemble products as required with strict adherence to quality standards.
Ability to train and certify on forklift and overhead crane equipment.
Move material throughout the plant using forklift/overhead crane/hand truck equipment.
Knowledge with 5S, Kanban and Kaizen activities. Operate electrical lift, as needed.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
High school diploma or equivalent and/or 6 months related experience on Danfoss products.
Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes
Working knowledge of quality/problem solving tools (wrenches, tape measure, pneumatic impact guns)
Ability to read and understand hydraulic & electrical schematics. Familiarity with TPM and SMED techniques
