Position Summary
Daniel O’Connell’s Sons is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement to help define and implement organizational development strategies and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, leadership development, DEI and communication. This person is the owner of HR analytics, determining if people initiatives are impactful and meaningful to the organization. The Director will report to the President of DOC and will lead a team of individuals who will design and implement programs to enhance employee development throughout the organization.
