Job Summary
You might have a general idea of what an assistant does, but have you ever considered the role of a Litigation Assistant? Here at Daniel Stark, our Litigation Assistants are essential to launching the litigation process. You’ll collaborate closely with an assigned paralegal and attorney to gather critical evidence that strengthens our clients’ cases as we prepare for pivotal litigation milestones.

The Breakdown
- Request and review billing and medical record affidavits for accuracy
- Schedule crucial litigation milestones including mediations, depositions, and trial
- E-filing
- Data entry
- Drafting, reviewing, and mailing form letters
- Creating shells for response to discovery in Microsoft Word
- Managing and maintaining a caseload of 40-60 cases with A rating from clients, assigned attorney, and leadership.

- $15.00 -$18.00 per hour based on experience and potential
