```Duties:```
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent overconsumption or underage drinking
- Prepare garnishes and decorate drinks according to established standards
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service preferred
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes
- Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (e.g., kegs)
- Must be at least 21 years old (or legal drinking age in the respective jurisdiction)
