Position Description
Key managerial position within the Finance Organization to give strategical support for the procurement and operation organization. The role can be hybrid or remote with a preference to be based in Broomfield, CO.
Responsibilities
- Leading a team of (3) analyst and reporting to the Operation Finance Director
- Acting as the financial ambassador for the Procurement and operation teams and co-piloting the recommendations to optimize the total cost to serve
- Actively engaged in productivity projects with strong analytics and understanding of the full picture
- In charge of the total Material Cost annual Budget/AOP
- Responsible to generate strategical reports to give visibility to the Procurement, Operations, Finance and leadership team of the company
- Full understanding of the Balance sheet of the company in collaboration with controlling and accounting
- Responsible to generate strategical reports to give visibility to the Procurement, Operations, Finance and leadership team of the company
The base compensation range for this position is $102,000-153,000 commensurate with experience.
This Position falls under which includes the potential sale of the Horizon Organic and Wallaby brands. An employee who accepts this role agrees to transition to a new employer in the event of a sale.
The ideal candidate will have
- Bachelor level studies (Finance, Business administration, accounting, economics, engineering or similar Preferred)
- You have your MBA (Preferred)
- 5-7 years of CPG Finance experience preferred
