Job Summary:
The Onshore SEMS Coordinator works within the Regulatory Compliance group in support of GOM assets. The Onshore SEMS Coordinator provides a leadership role in assisting the Production Operations Group, Offshore SEMS Coordinators, GOM Compliance and Facilities Group. The successful candidate shall support the GOM Management of Change process and conduct SIMOPS and support activities This position is primarily based in The Woodlands,
Responsibilities :
- Act as a focal point for the management of the companies EMOC process through a SAP based system.
- Track and drive EMOC’s through multiple stages from initiate to close out.
- Provide reports and status updates which identify any issue causing MOC delays or hold ups. When issues are identified they are highlighted and worked to resolution
- Provide support to Project Manager(s), Vendors and Offshore SEMS Coordinators to ensure accurate data is captured and inputted in MOCs.
- Gather & Provide any Process Safety Information for MOCs.
- Work with Offshore SEMS Coordinators to help Build and Package MOCs.
- Communicate effectively with Field and Staff for processes.
- Prepares SIMOPS for offshore activities.
- Perform periodic MOC and SEMS Audits to ensure compliance will all policies.
- Ensures all MOC’s are completed and submitted properly.
- Participate in FLHA’s, HAZID’s, HAZOP’s and PHA’s.
- Assist with training to ensure all personnel are trained in the elements of SEMS, Anadarko Management System (AMS) and MOC Process.
- Work with multiple teams (Risk, Document Control, FEC, Operations, etc…) to support MOC process and readiness
- Understanding of Anadarko Management System (AMS). Anadarko’s system to meet the SEMS Rule.
- Manage multiple systems to support MOC process: SAP MOC, OpenText, Spot Fire, AMS.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years required related to API RP14C reviews and CFR 250.800 Oil & Gas system production Safety System reviews.
- Knowledgeable with API RP 75 (SEMS Rule)
- Knowledgeable with P&ID’s, SAFD’s, SAFE Charts and other BSEE required documents
- Experience with Management of Change process.(MOC)
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle is required.
