Danville Metal Stamping Co., Inc, is a world class aerospace manufacturing company seeking a Tool Storage Clerk for 1st shift.The selected individual for this position will assume the following job responsibilities and duties:

- Receiving tools and dies in accordance with DMS processes and procedures
- Distribution and/or storage of tools in accordance with DMS processes and procedures
- Documentation and verification of tools being delivered
- Facilitate customer tooling audits
- Daily interaction with vendors, customers, and employees
- Daily housekeeping/6S duties
- Daily use of computer and related software
- Daily use of forklift (must be able to successfully complete certification if not already certified by DMS)
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications for the position will include:
- Prior experience with tooling and/or tool storage is preferred
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to prioritize work
- Knowledge of manufacturing safety processes and procedures
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
