Position: Shipper
Supervisor: Supervisor – StonCor DC
Position Summary: Responsible for shipping finished goods via UPS, common carrier, contract carrier and containers, receiving finished goods from manufacturing plants and vendors, staging shipments and general warehouse duties.
Specific Requirements:
1. Receives, identifies, generally inspects and counts finished goods as received by the Company and stages and ships orders.
2. Maintains orderliness and cleanliness in the warehouse, cleaning any spilled product immediately.
3. Counts and inventories, by product number, finished goods and stages those goods in the proper location in a neat and orderly fashion both for shipping and general storage.
4. Maintains shipping documents, bills of lading, pick sheets, documents receipts on appropriate forms and returns all pertinent paperwork to the appropriate party.
5. Warehouses materials in the proper location and maintains the integrity of both the inventory locations and the proper inventory counts.
6. Reports all spills and leaks, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, accidents, near-miss accidents and materials shortages immediately to the Warehouse Supervisor.
7. Assist in hazardous waste handling when needed under the guidance from production management / supervisors or RCRA certified employees

Background Requirements:
1. High School Diploma or GED.
2. Six months prior shipping/receiving or one year prior general warehouse experience.
3. Valid current driver’s license, also preferably, a valid fork-powered lift certificate of training.
4. Must pass standard eye examination (corrected or uncorrected).
5. Must be capable of wearing company standard respirators as qualified by a fit test performed by an authorized agency.
Physical Requirements:
- Loading/unloading utilizing forklift – 80%
- Bending, squatting, kneeling, lifting - frequent
Salary : $32,500 - $41,100
