JOB SUMMARY:
The HR Technology Analyst partners with their team and their clients to leverage the return on HR technologies by ensuring assigned system(s) deliver the designed process, reports and service levels to meet or exceed user requirements. This position serves as the primary point-of-contact for assigned systems and processes as well as assists process owners with initial and on-going system configuration, process administration and reporting, data integration with other systems, system upgrades, and continuous process improvement. The HR Technology Analyst consults with process owners and clients to establish projects to implement new or enhanced processes and manages projects to completion, including change management and training coordination. The position is also responsible for other HR technology and processes as secondary support.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate production support for assigned system(s), researching and resolving problems, unexpected results or process flaws, performing scheduled activities, and escalating and resolving issues with vendor as needed. Participate in user team meetings
- Assist process owner and teams with the identification of process and reporting enhancements; act as project leader to implement system configuration/reporting changes as well as training and change management
- Maintain and support a variety of queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools to measure and assess process and system effectiveness, ensure legal and regulatory compliance and provide meaningful information to management. Partner with HR Technology Sr. Analyst to design and test complex reports
- Lead the review, testing and implementation of system upgrades or patches. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to coordinate the application of an upgrade or fix and document. Use thorough knowledge of the software to make system configuration and other changes as needed; coordinate with vendor as appropriate. Lead the integration of assigned systems into overall HR Technology architecture
- Maintain process maps and data dictionary for assigned system(s). Support the data accuracy and integrity of systems by running queries and analyzing data using qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection/design principles. Assist with enterprise reporting
- Recommend process/service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes, etc. for process owner consideration
- Develop and maintain user procedures, guidelines and documentation such as job aids and training materials. Train users on processes/functionality. Train other Technology Analyst(s) on system and process administrator role
- Assist Process Owner and teams with use of the system and maximizing system efficiency and effectiveness. Coach and support IT Help Desk to address requests or issues
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- At least three years related experience required
OTHER KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Vendor management
- SQR, SQL, PeopleSoft Query preferred
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
- Experience in system configuration, testing and validation
- Willingness and ability to lead positive change and influence desired outcomes
