We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Darigold team as a Master Data Manager. Consistent Master Data is a foundational enabler and key accelerator to our multi-year strategic growth and objectives. This position will execute day-to-day activities and manage various other responsibilities pertaining to supplier master data and the procure-to-pay process within the organization. Delivering harmonized, consistent, governed data will position the enterprise with trusted analytics to drive timely, data-based decisions, and enable a streamlined procure-to-pay process. Daily, this position will interact directly with suppliers and employees to ensure compliance with the procurement policy and country-specific laws. The candidate will use multiple systems to accurately create, maintain, and validate supplier master data on a timely basis as well as ensure supplier invoices are efficiently and accurately moved through the system to mitigate delays in payment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment, possess ability to meet deadlines, and demonstrate flexibility in handling changing priorities. This role resides in Seattle, WA.
Responsibilities:
· Process vendor master additions and changes in an accurate and timely manner.
· Process all banking set up and banking changes for all vendors
· Maintain accurate tax information to support year-end processing of 1099’s and other compliance requests.
· Act as an agent in providing support and training to new and existing users who experience issues with vendor requests.
· Prepare vendor mass update request as needed.
· Perform root-cause analysis on master data and invoice integration problems. Recommend and execute corrective action.
· Review Vendor Master Data requests to ensure high-quality data is available to execute procure-to-pay business processes.
· Drive for constant improvement in the quality and accuracy of the master data to ensure uninterrupted business continuity.
· Ensure SOX controls, finance and procurement policies, documented SOPs are enforced.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance preferred, or equivalent experience
· Experience with ERP systems
· Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
· 3-5 years of experience in Finance and/or Operations role preferred
· Able to work independently with little instruction and can adapt to change
· Able to work well with others in a team environment
· Experience working with 1099’s
· Experience working with banking
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Professional written and verbal communication skills required with a customer service approach
· Comfortability learning new software/tools with minimal supervision
· Attitude is everything. Must be open to learning, collaborating, and helping where needed
· Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance required
· 1-2 years’ direct experience in Master Data Governance role a plus
· Experience with ODC and/or Oracle Cloud is a plus
· Intermediate Excel skills required
· Previous experience with data validation and analysis required
