Qualifications:

We are looking for skilled and responsible individuals who are self-starters and problem solvers. These individuals must have a great eye for detail and a commitment to quality. The positions require the ability to stand for long periods of time while operating one or more multi-head embroidery machines or heat presses. One year of embroidery and/or heat press experience is highly preferred but we will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and prioritize work orders and maintain workflow.
  • Fully understand and verify customers' requirements prior to starting each order.
  • Efficiently and safely operate commercial multi-head embroidery and heat press machines - embroider logos and personalization on apparel, bags, and caps for customers.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality goals
  • Conduct quality checks on garments and graphics against original orders and instructions ensuring that customers' needs are met.
  • Maintain equipment in an effective manner and perform maintenance duties as required.

Work Location:

  • Cheshire, CT (no remote option)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
