Position Purpose | Leads the planning and execution for delivering a world-class program experience for in-person, virtual, and hybrid executive education programs. In partnership with program stakeholders, contributes significantly to the vision and strategy for the execution of programs to meet learning objective needs. Typically assigned to more complex, custom, and global programs. |
Description | Alongside its outstanding MBA program, the Tuck School of Business offers a correspondingly distinctive portfolio of business education programs for unique professional and executive audiences. The program experience team within (TEE) is at the center of logistical, administrative, and client service needs for our programs, ensuring that programs operate smoothly and at a high execution standard, creating a personal, connected, and transformative experience for our participants. As associate director, you will provide program experience leadership, overseeing our most complex program logistics, client relationships, and contributing to initiatives that elevate the team's effectiveness. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our executive education programs, fostering client satisfaction and driving the success of strategic projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program and event management, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive initiatives that enhance overall program experience. |
